How can I import a recipe from a compatible website?

You can use our bookmarklet or you can copy the URL of the recipe in the Import page
My import doesn't work. Can you fix that?

Is the Free account limited?

Yes the number of recipes and of shopping lists are limited and some features are locked. You can find here the differences between the Free and the Premium account.

When my Premium subscription will end, will I lose my recipes and shopping lists?

No, when your subscription will end, your online account will switch to a free account with some limitations.
If your recipes and shopping lists exceeds the limits, you will still be able to view them but you won't be able to modify them.
If you have the android app and your number of recipes exceeds the limits, you won't be able to synchronize your app and your online account.
What is the difference between the android application COOKmate Pro and the Premium online account?

Upgrades on the COOKmate app and COOKmate Online are separated, the online portion is optional.
The COOKmate Pro app is a version of the app without the ads on the screens of the app .
The COOKmate Online Premium account unlocks some features and some limitations on the website.
Unfortunately we have to ask a contribution for miscellaneous expenses for the online website. The sells of the pro app are not enough....
